Pasture Raised Broad Breasted Turkey
We raise both broad breasted white & bronze birds that come to us
as baby poults and spend the first few weeks in a heated building
until they are able to withstand the elements outside.
Once they are old enough we move them to the same portable
shelters that we use for our broilers that are moved daily.
Once the young poults outgrow the portable shelters we move them
to a free-range community space that is moved once a week
and has an open-air shelter. This combination of housing
provides them with the protection they need when they are
younger and the space to roam when they are bigger.
Our turkeys never get any medications and
receive fresh air & sunshine, are fed a Certified Organic, GMO-Free,
Locally-Grown feed and all the Green Salad (Pasture) they want!
All of the processing of our turkeys is done on the farm by us,
in our licensed facility, to reduce the stress on the birds
and to ensure that everything is done cleanly and humanely.
This Premium Pasture Raised Turkey is one you and your family will savor!
We sell our pastured turkey by the share through our Meat CSP
Each share consists of one amazing turkey!
Pickup is the weekend (Fri-Sun) prior to Thanksgiving.
