Our History
IP began in 2009 raising and harvesting approximately
150 broiler Chickens as well as raising 6 egg layers.
We also planted a garden.
In 2010, we increased our operation to 800 broilers,
59 egg layers and added 15 Turkeys for Thanksgiving
as well as 4 Pigs & 8 Lamb and selling some of our garden goods!
In 2011, we increased our operation once again!
That was also be the year that Matt made the leap
from working off the farm to solely Farming Full-Time! Go Matt!
In 2012, we added something new and special to the farm!
Or should I say SomeONE!
After much anticipation, FarmBaby Jack joined us and
we couldn't be happier about the newest addition to our farm & family!
We increased many of our farm animals as well, which made it a busy year!
For 2013, we have decided to ease back a bit on animals that
require a lot of feed, funds and time (namely Meat Chickens)
We want to conserve our resources (our time & money)
to spend more time having fun as a family!
Less 16 hour days... maybe just 12 hour days!
