Grass-Fed Lamb

Our lambs come to us as 8 week old, just weaned, little guys.
We put them out on pasture and provide them with clean water,
salt that contains micronutrients and a place to get out of the elements.
We move our lambs regularly to new pasture to provide them with fresh forage.
A few weeks before butchering we offer them some alfalfa to fatten them up a little.
As with all our animals, our lambs receive no medications.
So, all they get to eat is pasture and a little alfalfa -  no grains whatsoever.

We sell our grass-fed lamb by the share through our Meat CSP

Each share consists of a whole lamb which is approximately 30 pounds of meat,
which will require a little over ONE square foot of freezer space.
For more info about buying lamb by the share, click on the Meat CSP link above.

We also sell our grass-fed lamb by-the-cut in our FarmStore.
Cuts and quantities are limited and we do occasionally sell out.
Check out our Meat Price List for a complete list of cut prices!
