Grass-Fed Beef
We have developed a farm co-op model that supports other local farmers
in our area that we have built a relationship with, which allows
us to work together to bring amazing meat to market.
When you buy Beef from IP, you help support our family,
our community and our countryside... and for that we thank you!
Our cows are moved to new pasture regularly to give them new forage,
and are fed a diet of pasture and/or hay, clean water and a salt lick that
contains micronutrients... and are antibiotic & hormone free!
Also... we do not feed them grain – ever.
We sell our grass-fed beef by the 1/8 share through our Meat CSP
Each share consists of a 45-pound beef box and contains
approximately 20# Ground Beef, 10# Steaks, 10#Roasts, 5# Soup Bones
which requires only about TWO cubic feet of freezer space.
{Organs Meats are also available - when requested at time of order.}
Multiple shares may be purchased to increase the overall variety and weight.
For more info about buying beef by the share, click on the Meat CSP link above.
